Slotted Absinthe Spoons are the most important part of the Absinthe Ritual. Simply add a dose of absinthe to your glass and place the spoon across
the top with sugar on top of spoon. Set your fountain to a slow drip using ice cold, pure water over the
sugar. As the water cascades over the sugar, the louche forms. The louche is formed as the alcohol content of the absinthe in your glass begins to fall. This releases the beautiful aromas of the botanicals and herbs held in solution by the high alcohol content.
