I ordered a luxury AAA absinthe fountain from Absinthe on the net and the shipment arrived perfectly packaged, undamaged and ahead of schedule. I attempted to remove the spigot arms to clean them and I ended up breaking them off. I was shocked and horrified that this had occurred. I emailed Tony and he responded quickly. He checked with the manufacturer and he offered the opportunity to return the item at no charge or he could ship a replacement part. I chose the replacement spigot base as I really like the quality of this fountain. Tony shipped to me right away with priority shipping and I received the replacement very quickly. I truly appreciated the fantastic service which turned my disaster to a great experience. I highly recommend ordering from this company, they will treat you well and make sure you are satisfied with everything.

Premium Absinthe Fountain

I have been drinking absinthe for many years and honestly have never seen a fountain of this quality. Bars around NY have the old style and they simply cannot compare. Assembly takes 5 minutes and all pieces fit together with what I would call American made precision. Price-wise, it is more expensive than a standard fountain, but after seeing it in person, it is well worth it.
Shipping was very fast (2 days) and packaging was far above average, much better than I have seen when ordering online. Customer service was great with a personal email containing my shipping number making it easy to track. A+ and highly recommended!

I've been shopping for a fountain for about a year and have never seen anything like this. Absolutely flawless in every way! The ability to alter the drip rate is a huge plus for me. Shipping took only 2 days and just as other buyers have said the wrapping was impeccable. I would have no problem recommending this fountain to anyone who enjoys absinthe. The only complaint is I wish I would have gotten the set instead and saved a few bucks on glasses and spoons
