How to use Slipstream (See Image): Add you absinthe to the pipe. Fill to the dosing line at the side of the glass measuring the perfect amount of Absinthe. Now add sugar and ice cubes and fill the pipe with water clean water - distilled, filtered etc. Watch as the absinthe rises in white swirls into the upper chamber with the ice cubes and water. After the louching has completed, blow a few bubbles to completely mix the absinthe.
