LOVE IT! I purchased this to replace my old one that broke and I must say this one is much nicer - lighter, thinner and clearer glass along with a more refined look, I am very pleased with the other parts as well. I also want to say that I thought the shipping price was a little high until the package arrived. Everything was packaged the way things used to be packaged with lots of cushioning, bubble wrap and peanuts. Definitely not an Amazon purchase. Thanks you for taking the time to do things the right way.

Received timely delivery of what I can only describe as the most meticulously packed product I have ever received right down to folded tape tabs with red marker to make it easy and clear how to undo the tape to unwrap each individually packaged item. Excellent after sales service and prompt response to questions even over the weekend. Highly recommend! A true five star experience.
